This page is maintained by IRJ Supply Co. to describe how we handle personal information collected through irjsupplyco.com. Short version: only what’s needed to send you a hoodie, and never sold to anyone, ever.

What we collect

• Order info: name, shipping address, email, phone (if you provide it), and what you bought.
• Payment info: processed directly by Shopify Payments and/or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: pages visited, device type, and referrer, via standard analytics — used only to make the site work better.

Why we collect it

• To fulfill your order and get the goods to your door
• To email order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies
• To improve the site (fix bugs, understand which products people love)
• To prevent fraud and keep the checkout peaceful

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that actually need the data to complete your order:

• Shopify — the store platform and payment processor
• Printify — our print-on-demand fulfillment partner
• Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, DHL, and their international peers
• PayPal — if you choose to pay with PayPal

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to advertisers, brokers, or anyone else. We are a merch shop, not a data business.

Cookies

We use essential cookies (to keep your cart working) and standard analytics cookies. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings; the cart will still work.

Marketing emails

We only email you about your order unless you explicitly opt in to our newsletter. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We respect it immediately.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request that we correct or delete it
• Opt out of any data sharing for marketing purposes (we don’t do this anyway)

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@irjsupplyco.com from the address on your order. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years). Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and, for significant changes, email anyone with an active account or recent order. This policy is written to be readable by humans; the Ministry does not employ lawyers to obscure it.
