Who we are

IRJ Supply Co. is a satirical print-on-demand merchandise brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the government of Japan, any Islamic state, any religious institution, or any real geopolitical entity. The “Islamic Republic of Japan” is a fictional nation that exists only in a mispronunciation, and on our hats.

The satire, in one paragraph

Our humor is aimed exclusively at a specific podium moment. It is never directed at Japanese people, Muslims, Islam, Japan, or any culture, religion, or nationality. If you feel our copy has crossed a line, tell us at hello@irjsupplyco.com — we read every message and we will listen.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it once payment clears and production begins.

Intellectual property

The IRJ Supply Co. name, logo, flag artwork, product designs, and site copy are the property of IRJ Supply Co. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission. Personal use (wearing the tee, posting a photo, showing your friends) is enthusiastically encouraged.

User conduct

Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, abuse our support inbox, or use our brand to promote hateful content of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate the spirit of this policy.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” While we work hard to make everything accurate and every stitch straight, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which IRJ Supply Co. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
