Shipping Policy

Every item is printed to order in a peaceful workshop, then handed to a courier who has been briefed on our nation’s single foreign policy: arrive gently.

Production time

Because nothing is pre-made, your order enters production the moment it clears checkout. Expect 3–5 business days before it ships. Peak seasons (December, Ramadan, sakura) may add a day or two — we appreciate your patience and offer a virtual bow.

United States

• Standard (5–8 business days): $5.99
• Free Standard Shipping: on orders $75 and up
• Express (2–3 business days): $14.99

International

• Standard (10–20 business days): $14.99
• Free International Shipping: on orders $150 and up

Duties and import taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout wherever possible, so no surprise fees arrive at your door. Where they aren’t, the courier may collect on delivery — please blame customs, not us. We are a peaceful nation.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel departs the workshop. If it hasn’t moved in 5 business days, please write to us before writing to your local senator.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you provide, precisely as written. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we’ll happily re-ship it once you cover the return postage. If a parcel is returned because of a creative address, we will still love you.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel is declared lost by the courier, we’ll re-print and re-ship at no cost. Please allow the carrier’s official window (usually 21 days domestic, 45 international) before we can open a claim.
